Who we are

Mark Connot has a broad-based litigation practice in federal and state courts focusing on complex commercial litigation, business disputes and torts.

With over 30 years of legal experience, including 15 years at an AmLaw 100 law firm where he served on the firm’s executive committee as well as office managing partner, Mark moved to opening his own law office in order to provide that knowledge and experience to clients more efficiently. His experience includes shareholder derivative actions, trade secret disputes, civil RICO, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and trademark disputes.

As a practicing lawyer with an M.B.A. degree, Mark approaches clients’ matters from both a legal and business perspective and offers creative, practical, and efficient solutions.
